Storms from natural disasters often wreak havoc in our environments causing destruction around us. These storms make life difficult, especially when you are impacted directly. Storms of life, feel the same way. Storms of life are events that we often have no control over but also cause destruction around us. Dealing with any stressful event in life can cause physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual struggles.

Recovering from the Storms of Life is a workshop that can help you understand the effects of the “Storm” and also teach some practical techniques that can help you regain some control over your physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual self. This workshop is designed for individuals that have been directly and indirectly impacted by any difficult life event.

If, you are feeling lost, emotionally drained, physically drained, or know someone who is then this workshop is for you and for them.

I hope to see you there,
Paula L. Adams, LCSW
